At Smart Basics, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at affordable rates.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, orders are handed over to our courier partner.

 

Delivery Time

We use Aramex for all deliveries within South Africa.

 

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier operations, or peak periods.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

 

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders over R500

 

• R89 shipping fee on orders below R500

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery through Aramex.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Smart Basics is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Smart Basics cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
